
Junior & Cadet Warriors (Ages 7–15)
Build confidence, focus and resilience with motivating, age-appropriate karate for 7-15 year-olds. Our Junior (ages 7-10) and Cadet Warriors (ages 11-15) classes blend practical self-defence with fitness, discipline and a friendly team spirit.
What your child will learn
- Striking and padwork fundamentals (stance, guard, safe power)
- Footwork, movement, and evasion for real-world scenarios
- Intro to sparring, clinch, takedowns and groundwork (controlled, progressive)
- Kata and applications (bunkai) to understand the “why” behind techniques
How classes run
- Length: 60 minutes
- Progression: Clear goals, regular feedback and recognition
- Environment: Supportive, inclusive, and fun - without losing focus
- Safety: Contact is light and coached; control and respect come first
